Arrival time is between 2 and 4 pm on Sunday, unless previously arranged. Camp ends at noon Friday and campers need to be picked up at this time.

Bring bedding, twin mattress cover or fitted sheet, towel, swimwear, personal care items, Bible, pen/pencil, and money for soda if desired.
Camper medications should be brought in a ziplock bag with camper name and directions.
Two piece swimwear, including tankinis, must be covered by a full non-white shirt. No short shorts, halter tops, or tank tops with low sides or spaghetti straps. Boys must wear shirts at all times, except swimming, and tank tops must have sides.
In evening chapel services – No caps or shorts allowed. Girls can wear slacks, jeans, or skirts (they must come to the knee or lower). Counselor and director decisions are final.
No radios, tape players, cell phones, electronics, etc. that may lost, broken, or stolen. Cell phones brought to camp must be turned in at registration check-in. If something is needed for specials, it must be kept in the chapel. The camp is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Campers will be with assigned class/cabin at all times. This includes swim time and evening services.
No one is allowed by the lake after evening services. No girls are allowed in the boys cabin areas, and no boys are allowed in the girls cabin area.
Campers must pass a swim test to go beyond the rope making the deep area of the lake. A lifeguard will be on duty, and buddies will be assigned.

No foul language, inappropriate behavior, or fighting will be tolerated.
No knives, weapons, drugs, or cigarettes allowed.
A nurse will be on call and all medication should be turned in to her.
To leave the camp for any reason, the camper must have a pass or sign out according to instructions given the day camp starts. When returning to the camp, the camper will turn the pass and their keys into the camp director. Reasons and times for leaving and returning will be given on Sunday at check in. All cars are to be kept locked from Sunday to Friday.

Discipline and Spiritual Problems: Counselors/Teachers are to be treated with respect. If there are problems that they and the camp director cannot handle together, they will take the situation to the Board of Directors. It will be the Board’s discretion whether or not the camper may remain at camp. The camp chaplain, with at least one other adult present, will be available to handle spiritual problems. There will also be a minimum of two adults present when disciplining.
Doctrine: Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, was born of a virgin, crucified for our sins, resurrected on the third day, and sits at the right hand of God to intercede for us. We believe in the Trinity is God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit, one God – three persons. If campers accept Jesus as their savior at camp or prior to camp, a baptism class is made available. With parental consent, the campers will have the opportunity to be baptized on Friday at 11:30 am.

A twin size fitted sheet (even if you sleep in a sleeping bag)
Swimwear (if a two-piece, you need a colored t-shirt to wear over it)
Appropriate clothing for evening services (see Overnight Camp Information for dress code)
Bible if you have one
Toiletry items for the week
Water Bottle
Bedding (sleeping bag, pillow, blankets, etc.)
Snack items, if desired. Nothing that needs refrigerated or can melt please.
Money for soda or Gatorade if desired. There will be drinks provided at meals and water throughout the day.

Short shorts or skirts (see Overnight Camp Information for dress code)
Muscle shirts with sides cut out or shirts with crude, vulgar, or inappropriate slogans or imagery
Electronics ( including hand-held games, cell phones, personal cd or mp3 players, radios, cell phones, etc.)
Cigarettes, alcohol, or drugs of any kind (prescriptions and regularly taken medications are to be given to the camp nurse at check in)
Weapons of any kind, including pocket knives
